SAAN Architekci has completed the design of new offices for dried fruit brand Helio S.A. in the Polish town of Brochów near Warsaw. Totaling nearly 5,400 square feet, the modern open concept is characterized as much by function as it is by comfort.

Custom, built-in furniture, wall graphics, and bespoke ceiling panels compose the polished, cohesive aesthetic illuminated by energy-efficient lighting and large glazing that invites ample daylight. Motifs of round forms and soft lines also abound in the form of niches, arched door frames, floor dividers, and furniture detailing. Natural wood elements are contrasted with cool shades of navy blue and black, while greenery and soft textiles further establish a residential-style warmth. Privacy is established with soft partitions installed between workstations as well as sound-absorbing carpets and ceiling panels that dampen noise. Phone booths also serve as dedicated acoustic spaces.

The communal kitchen and attached dining area serve as the nucleus of the design, with sinewy lines, wood surfaces, and blue hues unifying the visual narrative. A long island wrapped in veneer wood anchors the kitchen with a linear fixture installed overhead.
