Originally designed by Philip Johnson and Richard Kelly in the 1950s, the Johnson Kelly Floor Lamp returns for the first time since 1967 thanks to BassamFellows and DWR (Design Within Reach). A custom piece for the Glass House in New Canaan, Connecticut, the stylish midcentury fixture conceals a high-powered bulb near the floor, directing light upward then downward via the underside of its conical shade. The lamp emits a warm and dimmable pool of light ideal for minimizing interior reflection in spaces with abundant glazing, and is available in brass, bronze, and stainless steel finishes.
